As a small, owner-operated company, we offer a more direct and personal process. The person who walks the project with you is also involved in estimating, planning, coordination, and execution. That structure keeps communication clear, expectations aligned, and accountability close to the work itself.

How It All started

“I started this journey at the absolute ground floor. Before I was a general contractor running large projects, I was a neighborhood handyman.

I’ve spent years getting my hands dirty in every single corner of a house. I’ve fixed leaky pipes, patched drywall, rewired outlets, and crawled into tight spaces. There isn’t a single part of a home’s anatomy that I haven’t worked on with my own two hands.

This journey taught me that a house is your largest investment, but it's also the backdrop of your daily life. I’ve seen firsthand how a cramped kitchen layout ruins your morning routine, or how a poorly utilized room creates daily frustration. Conversely, I know exactly how a smart layout and functional design can completely ease the stress of everyday chaos. Because of my maintenance background, I don't just build for today; I build with long-term maintenance and resale value in mind. I know what makes a house structurally sound, easy to care for, and highly desirable to future buyers. When you hire me, you aren't just getting someone who knows how to swing a hammer, you are getting a partner who truly understands how your home functions from the inside out.”

Jesse leads projects with direct oversight and responsibility from start to finish. With over a decade of experience…

across residential and commercial environments, Jesse brings a practical understanding of construction, materials, and coordination—paired with a strong eye for layout, detail, and performance.

In addition to hands-on construction experience, Jesse has a background in real estate and property management, providing a broader perspective on how buildings are evaluated, maintained, and improved over time. This experience informs decisions around scope, durability, sequencing, and cost—particularly for properties intended for long-term ownership or commercial use.

Jesse has completed formal training in real estate, construction project management, and continues ongoing professional development. When applicable to project scope and permitting requirements, work is informed by current building codes and standards, with active progress toward ICC certification covering both residential and commercial construction.

Much of the work is completed directly, with the flexibility to collaborate with trusted trade partners as a project requires. Regardless of structure, all projects are managed, coordinated, and warranted by Space.

This approach allows for adaptability without sacrificing accountability.

Design Support, When It Adds Value

Design support is offered as a planning tool, not a stylistic upsell. Mockups, drawings, scaled layouts, and selection guidance are used to clarify scope, proportion, and feasibility before work begins—helping projects move forward with confidence and fewer mid-stream changes.

Not every project requires design services, but when they’re used, they serve the same goal as everything else we do: better outcomes through better decisions.
